We have six servers held in different co-location provider facilities in both London and New York. Each is powered by a UPS power supply. Our usual Internet bandwidth suppliers are PacketExchange and Level(3). In the rare case of loss of connectivity our redundant server configuration will ensure that no mails are lost in cyberspace. Plus for Mail Relay customers our redundant configuration means that emails will continue to be delivered as normal. Regular backups of mail in your postbox are placed on the backup servers to ensure rapid recovery and no data loss in the event of a disaster recovery. |
